"The Southernmost city in the World"
 In the end of the world, almost in the point of falling over the map, is the most southern city in the world: USHUAIA. The Onas, early settlers of the area, chose this name -which means Sun Bay- to call this city owner of a special charm, where in winter days are short and cold, in spring flowers blossom producing an explosion of colors and in summer the sun comes to stay high in the sky all day. Getting to this very end of the world is a deep experience, rarely forgotten.
Itinerary
Day 1: Departure from the domestic airport, "Jorge Newbery". Arrival in Ushuaia. Reception at the airport and transfer to the city. Accommodation in the best hostel in Ushuaia.
Day 2: Breakfast. Full-day trekking tour in Tierra del Fuego woods. You are picked up early in the morning and taken to The National Park. 3 hour trekking trough the woods surrounded by mountains and lakes. In the afternoon you'll enjoy a typical lunch. Then a Canoeing through Lapataia River and the Beagle Channel
Transfer to Ushuaia city. The tour lasts 5 hours in total.
Day 3: Breakfast. Morning free. In the afternoon, half day navigation on the Beagle Channel, passing by the different islands and watching the sea fauna. Night in the hostel.
Day 4: Breakfast. Morning free. Transfer to the airport to take the flight back to Buenos Aires.

Excursions
- Tierra del Fuego National Park
A trip to the amazing Park in Tierra del Fuego Island . You will be picked up from the hostel early in the morning and taken to Bahía Ensenada (National Park). There you star a 3 hour trekking with and specialized guide. You will reach Roca Lake where you have a rest and a box lunch. There you prepare and star a canoeing journey through Lapataia River till Lapataia Bay . In the evening you have the transfer back to the hostel.
- Navigation through de Beagle Channel
Departure from the local port to Alicia Island where we'll find a Sea Lion Colony. Then we visit Island de los Pájaros
(Bird Island) where will watch Imperial Cormorants. After this island we sail to Sea Lion Island reaching Les Eclaireurs lighthouse that was built in 1919. Returning we do an stop on Bridges Island where we do a trek to interpret the local flora and fauna and the history of the Yamanas Indians that lived here centuries ago. Returning to the port you will be invited with Café, Te, liquor and cookies.
The tour length is 4 hours.
Departures: 09:30 hs and 15:00 hs.
Useful information
You can go all year round. But is better to go between September and March.
During winter is really good place to do ski.
ENTRANCE FEE TO THE PARK NOT INCLUDED: entrance fee to Tierra del Fuego National Park AR $ 12.-
EXTENSION: You can extend this trip at $ 25 per additional night in a shared room.
We recommend to carry worm clothes all the year.
